your hairdresser
I am Vanessa Hofer born on July 12, 1988 in Rothrist AG. I completed my apprenticeship as a hairdresser with EFZ in 2009. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to find a job as a hairdresser during this time, so I reoriented myself.
I was never able to give up the craft of being a hairdresser completely, so I cut and dyed my hair for 12 years in between.
As life sometimes wants, everything suddenly turns 360°. Who does not know that? Not everyone has this chance to become self-employed in life. But if you want, you can do anything. I am looking forward to this new challenge and I hope to serve and get to know many nice and loyal customers who I can make happy with my work. Come by and let yourself be pampered. I'm looking forward to it!

Jeder Behandlung geht eine kostenlose Beratung voraus, um Ihre Erwartungen und Wünsche zu besprechen. Ich werde Ihnen genau zuhören und Ihre Wünsche genau ausführen. Niemals probiere ich ohne Erlaubnis etwas Neues aus und ich glaube daran, dass die Wünsche meiner Kunden wichtiger als die Erweiterung meines Portfolios sind.
Bei Neukunden die einen Termin vereinbaren von Farbveränderungen wird eine Sicherheitsleistung in Form einer Anzahlung von 50 % verlangt. Die Anzahlung wird vom Gesamtbetrag vollständig in Abzug gebracht. Bei Absage des Termins in weniger als 24h ist die Anzahlung als Entschädigung für die kurzfristige Termin Absage. Diese ist in Bar, via TWINT oder Kartenzahlung zu leisten.
